Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Saturday Morning Adventures, Vol. 5

Illustrated by Dan Schoening
The adventures of the TMNT continue in this series inspired by the classic animated TV show. In volume 5, Mister Ogg is back!

His last attempt to punish the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ wisecracking ways and meta mannerisms failed, but Mister Ogg has still got a few surprises up his sleeve. He’s devised a set of challenges, and if the Turtles win, he’ll never bring up their fourth-wall-breaking again. If they lose, though, the consequences will be dire: They’ll be wiped from existence! Let the Ogglympics begin!

Then, with all the space-time troubles the Turtles have been involved in recently, the brothers have attracted a lot of attention. An alliance of powerful individuals is looking to recruit experienced and capable members into their number. Making their Saturday Morning Adventures debut, please welcome…the Pantheon!

Collects issues #12–16 of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Saturday Morning Adventures.
Erik Burnham is a Minnesota writer and artist who first broke into comics by way of the Nick Landime feature from Shooting Star Comics. This led first to other anthologies and then work for IDW Publishing, including his critically acclaimed work on the Ghostbusters line of comic books and, currently, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Burnham has been fortunate to work with many companies in the last few years, including Cryptozoic, Dynamite, IDW, Insight Editions, Marvel, and Panini, and properties such as Godzilla, G.I. Joe, Ghostbusters, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Scarlet Spider, New Warriors, and Red Sonja—with more on the way (which is good news, because he loves his work). He still lives in Minnesota; any rumors about this being because he's completely afraid of the 49 other states (and Canada) remain unverified at this time.

Sarah Myer is a comic artist and illustrator hailing from a ten-acre farm in White Hall, Maryland. An old-school cosplayer and anime fan, they have attended anime and comic conventions as a fan and artist alley participant since 1999 and have constructed and worn more than 50 costumes. When they aren’t drawing, writing, or cosplaying, Myer enjoys cooking, weight training, and spending time with their mackerel tabby, Loki. They graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with BFA and MFA degrees in sequential art and taught foundation studies classes at the college for three years. In 2019, First Second published Maker Comics: Create a Costume!, Myers’ first graphic novel. Their graphic memoir, Monstrous, was published in 2023.
