Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Untold Destiny of the Foot Clan

Illustrated by Mateus Santolouco
Oroku Karai takes center stage in this action-packed battle for control of the Foot Clan.

Karai has spent her life in the shadow of men: first her father, then her grandfather, Oroku Saki, the so-called Shredder. But no more. Now the Foot Clan is hers to command, and she has grand designs on seeing her clan reach its full potential. Karai has learned that Saki shared mystical secrets with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles—secrets meant only for those loyal to the Foot. As she and those loyal to her set out to master the ancient way of the ninja, she’ll discover that she’s not the only one who lays claim to the Foot Clan’s destiny.

Erik Burnham and Mateus Santolouco told The Secret History of the Foot Clan. Now they return to lay out the future!
Erik Burnham is a Minnesota writer and artist that first broke into comics by way of the Nick Landime feature from Shooting Star Comics. This led first to other anthologies and then work for IDW Publishing, including his critically acclaimed work on the Ghostbusters line of comic books and, currently, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Burnham has been fortunate to work with many companies in the last few years, including Cryptozoic, Dynamite, IDW, Insight Editions, Marvel, and Panini, and properties such as Godzilla, G.I. Joe, Ghostbusters, TMNT, Scarlet Spider, New Warriors, and Red Sonja–—with more on the way (which is good news, because he loves his work). Burnham still lives in Minnesota; any rumors about this being because he’s completely afraid of the 49 other states (and Canada) remain unverified at this time.

Mateus Santolouco is a Brazilian comic artist and creator. As well as his continued work on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, he has worked on the titles Two Guns, Dial H, Cover Girl, Dark Reign: Lethal Legion, and more.
