of the entire universe resonate with it.

Manifesting isn’t new. It has been practiced by ancient wisdom traditions around the world for thousands of years. When you manifest, you begin to invite the law of attraction into your life. You begin to acknowledge how the universe works—that each one of us has the potential to create our own reality.

In its simplest form, manifesting is the theory that we are able to work collaboratively with the universe by applying a series of principles to shape our world. By setting an intention to change our thoughts, feelings, and actions, we become the architect of our own lives. When you harness manifesting practices, you can build the conditions to transform your life and create the reality you truly desire.

We move toward what we focus on. When we manifest, we recognize how our beliefs about ourselves, the world, and what we deserve can dramatically change what we experience in life. Our mindset has a huge impact on how our life unfolds. If you have a fixed, negative mindset and you don’t believe it’s possible to change your life, that’s pretty much what you’ll experience. That’s where your energy will flow. All you’ll notice are obstacles, blocks, and limits. Manifesting is an opportunity to create a new way of looking at the world—to re-create.
