Deborah Kaloper is a Californian-raised, Melbourne-based food writer, chef, former pastry chef, and now sought-after food stylist. Kaloper daily works with the best photographers, chefs, and writers—and in her down-time she spends it perfecting her tortillas. She has previously authored Good Mornings, Pasta Night, Ramen-topia, and Taco-topia published by Smith Street Books. Alice Oehr is a Melbourne-based artist and designer. She draws both for work and for fun, which has led her to teaching, speaking, and writing on the subject. Her commercial work is sought-after by local and international clients and has appeared in numerous books as well as on textiles, homewares, and large-scale installations. She has author-illustrated four of her own books, has exhibited extensively in various group exhibitions, and has had two solo exhibitions; Freshly Wrapped in 2018 and CAKE in 2021.
