While at St. John's Will was the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. In addition to his many years working in fitness, Will is a published author of 7 books, with 5 new books scheduled for publication in 2015-2016.  Will has been featured on NBC, Canyon Ranch and the World Spinning Conference. Will is currently works for New Jersey’s #1 Rated hospital implementing and supporting Employer-Based medical and wellness initiatives for companies of all sizes and industry. David Kirschen is the Director of Personal Training and Strength Coach at New York's EVF Performance gyms. He has 15+ years of personal training, coaching, education, and club management experience at Asphalt Green, Equinox, Cando Fitness, and American Leisure. David earned a BS in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland, and is a respected presenter and coach for a number of professional training seminars along the East Coast, including elitefts.com's Learn to Train series.
