Maja Djikic, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, the Director of the Self-Development Laboratory, and the Academic Director of Rotman Executive Coaching Certificate program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. As a psychologist specializing in the field of personality development, Dr. Djikic examines the processes and methods of developing a balanced and flexible self.
