The beloved Vampirina is back and available in paperback for the first time in this wickedly cute Halloween treat sure to inspire any wannabe prima to embrace her inner ballerina. Read the book that inspired the forthcoming Disney show, now in paperback!

Madame says, "Always move with your head held high." But that's not so easy when you've spent your entire life dreaming of becoming a ballerina, and you're a vamipire. First of all, you have to find a class that meets at night. Then you have to figure out how to perfect your form when you can’t see yourself in the mirror? And of course it's an issue when your smile scares the other dancers. But Vampirina is learning all the right moves. It's only a matter of time until she twirls her way into the spotlight!

Beloved creators Anne Marie Pace and LeUyen Pham team up in this wickedly cute Halloween treat sure to inspire any wannabe prima to embrace their inner ballerina.
In spite of the adage to write what you know, Anne Marie Pace has never been a vampire, a ballerina, a groundhog, or a tow truck driver. She is a picture book author whose latest book is MOUSE CALLS, illustrated by Erin Kraan, from Beach Lane Books (Simon & Schuster). Other books include GROUNDHUG DAY (Little, Brown), BUSY-EYED DAY (Beach Lane Books), SUNNY’S TOW TRUCK SAVES THE DAY (Abrams) and the four books of the VAMPIRINA BALLERINA series (Disney-Hyperion), which were adapted into the hit Disney Junior animated series VAMPIRINA. She lives in Virginia and loves frequent visits from her young adult children.

LeUyen Pham has illustrated more than one hundred books for children, including the Caldecott Honor book Bear Came Along by Richard T. Morris and the bestselling Princess in Black series by Shannon and Dean Hale. She is the co-creator, along with Shannon Hale, of the bestselling graphic memoirs Real Friends, Best Friends, and Friends Forever. Her own books include The Bear Who Wasn't There and Big Sister, Little Sister. A graduate of the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, LeUyen lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons.
