Godzilla returns to Marvel Comics at last, and will face off against Marvel's greatest heroes in a showdown that will span all eras of both the Marvel Universe and Godzilla's own long history!

Godzilla vs. The Fantastic Four (Classic Era)

Godzilla vs. The Hulk (Vintage Era)
The green skinned goliath of the 70’s vs a unique version of  Godzilla
Godzilla vs. Spider-Man (Black Costume Era)

Godzilla vs. Thor (Modern Era)
The immortal God of Thunder Thor will face the overwhelming adversary Godzilla in the tumultuous era of the present.

In the first round, the King of the Monsters takes on Marvel’s First family! The Fantastic Four know a thing or two about fighting titanic threats, but Godzilla is something else entirely! And then there’s an all-new version of one of Godzilla’s deadliest adversaries to contend with! You know it’ll be clobberin’ time — but for who?! Plus: Godzilla resurfaces again and again to take on the Hulk, the Avengers, the X-Men, Thor and a majorly-outside-his-weight-class Spider-Man!
Writer Ryan North went the self-publishing route to launch his comics career with Dinosaur Comics, which has run for more than 2,000 web-based strips. He describes it as basically the best job ever. In 2012, he was tapped by BOOM! Studios to write its new Adventure Time series based on the popular cartoon. His Marvel debut came in 2014 when he penned the Young Avengers chapters of Original Sins. North propelled an unlikely character to solo title success with the Eisner Award-winning series The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl and took Lockjaw solo in the pages of Inhumans: Once and Future Kings. He rewrote the Shakespeare rulebook with Romeo and/or Juliet: A Chooseable-Path Adventure.

John Romita Jr. is a modern-day comic-art master, following in his legendary father’s footsteps. Timeless runs on Iron Man, Uncanny X-Men, Amazing Spider-Man and Daredevil established him as his own man artistically, and his work on Wolverine and World War Hulk is among the most explosive comic art of the 21st century. In addition to Eternals with writer Neil Gaiman, JRJR teamed with Mark Millar on the creator-owned Kick-Ass, later developed into a blockbuster feature film starring Nicolas Cage. Spidey fans rejoiced at the artist’s return to Amazing Spider-Man with the “Brand New Day” storylines “New Ways To Die” and “Character Assassination.” He later helped relaunch Avengers with writer Brian Michael Bendis and Captain America with Rick Remender, and contributed to the blockbuster crossover Avengers vs. X-Men. For DC Comics, he drew big-name characters such as Superman, Batman and the Suicide Squad before making a welcome return home to Marvel and Amazing Spider-Man.
