Dina Roth Port is an award-winning author and freelance journalist whose work has appeared in publications including Glamour, Self, Prevention, and The Huffington Post. Dina graduated from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. She lives in Boca Raton, Florida with her husband and two children.
