Courtney Luna

Courtney Luna is a born foodie whose love for food set her on a culinary path early, beginning with her first restaurant job in 2003. After spending several years honing her skills as a self-taught chef on a yacht hospitality crew, she embarked on a new journey as a wife and mother. However, she realized she could never leave behind her first love. Today, she can be found cooking up animal-based recipes at home in Southern California and sharing recipes that keep the carnivore lifestyle sustainable.

Courtney balances her passion for cooking with a quest for self-improvement, delving deep into journaling, meditation, and manifestation. She’s also a dedicated fan of entrepreneurial podcasts and a confessed true crime addict. Equal parts culinary expert, dedicated mom, and armchair sleuth, she is a modern-day Sherlock Holmes, solving the mystery of “What's for for dinner?” one recipe at a time.

Courtney’s work has been featured in: Newsweek, The Daily Mail, Bon Appetit, Inside Edition, ScienceTimes, Rolling Stone, Dr. Phil, and The New York Post. For more information, follow @itscourtneyluna, check out her cooking videos on YouTube, and visit www.courtneyluna.com.
