Chef, culinary teacher, and bread fanatic Matthew James Duffy has over fifteen years of experience cooking and baking all over the world—from world class bakeries and specialty pizzerias to Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Noma and Langdon Hall, and for Chef Daniel Boulud. His sourdough breads exploded onto the social media scene a few years ago, and he now has over 500k followers, including 185k on Instagram and 230k on TikTok, devoted to his style of bread making. Matt is a bread baking and food media teacher at Toronto’s Centennial College, and he lives in Ontario, Canada, with his wife and two daughters.
