William Smith

William Smith, MS,NSCA-CSCS, MEPD, completed his B.S. in exercise science at Western Michigan University followed by a master’s degree at St. John's University. While at St. John's Will was the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning. In addition to his many years working in fitness, Will is a published author of 7 books, with 5 new books scheduled for publication in 2015-2016.  Will has been featured on NBC, Canyon Ranch and the World Spinning Conference. Will is currently works for New Jersey’s #1 Rated hospital implementing and supporting Employer-Based medical and wellness initiatives for companies of all sizes and industry.
